An extra life: if you die, you come back, but every item with a void version gets converted. It is used up. Turns Dio's Best Friend into this.

Game text: «Upon death, this item will be consumed and you will return to life with 3 seconds of invulnerability, and all of your items that can be corrupted will be. Corrupts all Dio's Best Friends.»

Stacking: One extra life per copy; used up on revive.

It is the void version of Dio's Best Friend: pick it up and every copy of that item turns into this one.
