Common (white).

S
  • Soldier's Syringe: You attack 15% faster: more shots and hits per second. Each extra syringe adds another 15%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Only speeds up attacks and animations: it does not lower skill cooldowns. Bandit does not shoot faster, he only reloads faster.
  • Tougher Times: Sometimes a hit that would land does nothing: with one bear, 13% of hits. More bears raise the chance, but less each time: it never reaches 100%.Stacking: Each bear adds less: one blocks 13% (not the 15% the game says) and ten block 60%. It never reaches 100%.Watch out: Luck (Clover) does not affect it. A blocked hit does not trigger enemy effects either, like Overloading Elite bombs. It does not stop Void Reaver implosions.
  • Lens-Maker's Glasses: 10% of your hits are critical and do double damage. Each extra pair adds 10%; with ten, every hit is a crit.Stacking: Capped at 10: with ten, every hit crits. The eleventh does nothing, unless you plan to turn them into Lost Seer's Lenses.Watch out: On Railgunner they give no crits: each pair adds 10% crit damage instead. Crit chance does not depend on the hit's proc coefficient.
  • Paul's Goat Hoof: You move 14% faster. Moving fast means dodging better. Each extra hoof adds 14%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Always on. While sprinting, Energy Drink is faster (25% versus about 20%).
A
  • Crowbar: You do 75% more damage to enemies that still have almost full health (over 90%), so your first hit lands much harder. Each extra crowbar adds another 75%.Stacking: No cap: each crowbar adds another 75%. With two, the first hit already beats a critical hit.Watch out: Only the hit that lands while the enemy is above 90% counts; missiles and lightning from other items do not get it. In a group, if an ally hits first, you lose it.
  • Tri-Tip Dagger: 10% of your hits make the enemy bleed, losing health for a few seconds. Each extra dagger adds 10% chance.Stacking: Each dagger adds the same: with ten, every hit that counts in full bleeds.Watch out: It shares its chance with Noxious Thorn (they do not roll separately), and with Shatterspleen only one bleed lands per hit. Attacks with low proc put shorter bleeds.
  • Armor-Piercing Rounds: You do 20% more damage to bosses. Each extra one adds 20%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Only works on enemies with a red health bar (bosses).
  • Bustling Fungus: Stand still for a second and a circle appears that heals you and allies inside. Each extra fungus makes it bigger and heal more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: It heals based on the health of whoever is inside, turrets and drones too. Some skills push you slightly and break the circle.
  • Topaz Brooch: Every kill gives you a layer of temporary health (15) that wears off. Each extra brooch adds 15.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: The barrier decays on its own (3.33% of your health per second) and the brooch gives a fixed amount: with high health it falls off, and Aegis beats it once you heal well.
  • Backup Magazine: Your secondary skill (right click) gets one more use before its cooldown. Each extra magazine, one more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: More uses, but it does not lower the secondary cooldown. Lets Engineer place more mines.
  • Energy Drink: You sprint 25% faster. Each extra drink adds 25%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Only while sprinting. Best on survivors who attack while sprinting: Mercenary, Huntress, False Son.
B
  • Sticky Bomb: 5% of your hits stick a bomb to the enemy that explodes shortly after. Each extra bomb adds 5%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: With full-proc attacks, one bomb averages about 9% more damage.
  • Medkit: Two seconds after taking a hit, you heal 20 plus 5% of your health. Each extra medkit heals another 5%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: If you get hit again within 2 seconds, the wait starts over: weak if you are hit constantly.
  • Monster Tooth: Every enemy you kill drops a little orb that heals you (8 health plus 2% of your max). Each extra tooth heals another 2%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: You have to get close to pick the orb up: much better on melee survivors.
  • Cautious Slug: When you are out of combat, you heal faster (+3 health per second). Each extra slug adds 3 more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: What matters is not taking damage, not stopping your attacks (the game says «out of combat», which is wrong).

Uncommon (green).

S
  • Ukulele: 25% of your hits release lightning that jumps to 3 nearby enemies. Each extra ukulele makes it jump to 2 more and reach further.Stacking: The chance stays at 25%; each copy adds 2 more enemies and more range.Watch out: The lightning has a very low proc coefficient.
  • AtG Missile Mk. 1: 10% of your hits fire a missile that does triple the hit's damage. Each extra one adds another triple to the damage.Stacking: The chance stays at 10%; each copy makes the missile stronger.Watch out: The missile crits if the hit did. With two, almost any attack triggers Runald's and Kjaro's Bands.
  • Hardlight Afterburner: Your movement skill (Shift) gets two more uses and comes back sooner. Each extra one, two more uses.Stacking: Each copy, two more charges.
  • Predatory Instincts: Raises your critical chance a little, and each crit makes you attack faster for a few seconds. Each extra one raises the speed cap.Stacking: Only the first gives the 5% crit; each copy raises the speed cap.Watch out: The game's «stacks 3 times» is about the buff, not the item: you can take as many as you like.
  • Kjaro's Band: When you land a very big hit (over 4 times your damage), a fire tornado also comes out. Once every 10 s. Each extra band, more damage.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: The hit itself must deal 400%: crits and Armor-Piercing Rounds do not count. It always fires with Runald's and they share the cooldown.
A
  • Runald's Band: When you land a very big hit (over 4 times your damage), an ice blast also hits that slows enemies a lot. Once every 10 s. Each extra band, more damage and a longer slow.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: The hit itself must deal 400%: crits and Armor-Piercing Rounds do not count. It always fires with Kjaro's and they share the cooldown.
  • Harvester's Scythe: Raises your critical chance, and every crit heals you 8. Each extra scythe heals 4 more per crit.Stacking: Only the first gives extra crit; healing adds the same with each one.Watch out: With little crit it heals little and unevenly; with more crit it beats Leeching Seed.
  • Hopoo Feather: One extra jump in the air. Each extra feather, one more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Wax Quail does not boost these extra jumps.
  • Leeching Seed: Every hit you land heals you 1. Sounds small, but with fast-hitting survivors it adds up. Each extra seed heals 1 more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: It heals per hit, not per damage: more hits, more healing. The number you see is rounded up.
  • Bandolier: Kills sometimes drop an ammo pack that makes all your skills ready again. Each extra bandolier, more often.Stacking: Per the game, 18% with one and 10% more per copy.Watch out: The pack restores one charge, not all (turrets, magazines). It does not reset equipment. Any ally can grab it.
  • Rose Buckler: While sprinting, you take a lot less damage. Each extra buckler, even less.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Best on survivors who attack while sprinting (Mercenary, Huntress).
  • Will-o'-the-wisp: Enemies you kill explode a second later and hurt the ones around them. Each extra one makes the blast bigger and stronger.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
  • Fuel Cell: Your equipment gets one more use and recharges 15% faster. Each extra cell adds a use and faster recharge.Stacking: Each cell adds a charge; cooldown drops 15% of what is left and never reaches zero.
B
  • Wax Quail: Jump while sprinting and you launch 10 m forward. Each extra quail, 10 m more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: It does not boost Hopoo Feather jumps. With several, slopes can launch you unpredictably.
  • Old War Stealthkit: Drop below 25% health and you turn invisible and faster for 5 s to escape. Recharges every 30 s; each extra kit recharges it sooner.Stacking: Each copy cuts a share of what is left: it drops less each time and never reaches zero.Watch out: It triggers together with Genesis Loop: they pair very well.
  • Berzerker's Pauldron: Kill 4 enemies within a second and you go into a frenzy for 6 s: faster movement and double attack speed. Each extra one adds 4 s.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: You do not need 4 kills within one second: just no more than a second between kills.

S
  • 57 Leaf Clover: Everything based on chance is rolled twice and you keep the best: more crits, more item effects. Each extra clover, one more roll.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Does not affect Tougher Times. Each Purity cancels out one Clover.
  • Brilliant Behemoth: All your attacks explode and hurt nearby enemies. Turns any attack into an area attack. Each extra one, a bigger explosion.Stacking: Each copy makes the blast bigger; damage does not go up.Watch out: The blast copies the hit: if Lost Seer's Lenses instantly kill something, the blast can also kill a boss standing next to it.
  • Sentient Meat Hook: 20% of your hits fire hooks that chase up to 10 enemies. Each extra hook, more likely and more enemies.Stacking: The chance adds less each time (never 100%); targets add the same.
  • Ceremonial Dagger: Every kill fires 3 daggers that chase other enemies. It chains kills on its own. Each extra one, stronger daggers.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: The daggers do not avoid walls and get stuck.
  • Brainstalks: Killing an elite gives you 4 s with no cooldowns: use your skills non-stop. Each extra one, 4 s more.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: Not zero cooldown: half a second remains.
A
  • Laser Scope: Your crits do triple damage instead of double. Each extra scope, another 100%.Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.Watch out: On Railgunner it is worth ten Glasses.
  • Alien Head: All your skills come back 25% sooner. Each extra head, another 25% less.Stacking: Each copy cuts a share of what is left: it drops less each time and never reaches zero.Watch out: It applies before Purity: together they cut cooldowns a lot.
