On victory: «..and so he left, with newfound inspirations.»
Challenge «Engineering Perfection»: Complete 30 stages. (56.9% of Steam players have it).
Damage is a percentage of your normal damage: 100% is a normal hit; 300% is triple.

You charge up to 8 bouncing grenades of 100% each. Hold longer for more.

A charged laser: 270% to 630% per second. It also repairs your turrets and drones.
To get it: As Engineer, repair an Equipment Drone with an Escape Pod's Fuel Array (1.1% of Steam players have it).

You place mines: 300% if stepped on early, 900% if they have time to arm. Up to 4.

Mines with legs that walk to an approaching enemy: 600%. Up to 4.
To get it: As Engineer, defeat the teleporter boss in less than 5 seconds after it spawns (20.9% of Steam players have it).

A bubble no enemy shot can get through. A lifesaver at the teleporter.

You lock onto several enemies and fire homing missiles at them, 500% each. Up to 4 stored.
To get it: As Engineer, finish charging the teleporter with zero monsters remaining on the stage (26.5% of Steam players have it).

You place a fixed turret that copies all your items and shoots by itself (100% per shot). Up to 2. The heart of the Engineer.

A turret that walks with you, copies your items and burns enemies with a slowing laser (200% per second). Up to 2.
To get it: As Engineer, recruit 12 minions at one time (26.5% of Steam players have it).

Bandolier
Refreshes the shield and turrets, so you can redeploy them if they die.
Kills sometimes drop an ammo pack that makes all your skills ready again. Each extra bandolier, more often.
Stacking: Per the game, 18% with one and 10% more per copy.
Watch out: The pack restores one charge, not all (turrets, magazines). It does not reset equipment. Any ally can grab it.

Hardlight Afterburner
One is enough for near-permanent Bubble Shield.
Your movement skill (Shift) gets two more uses and comes back sooner. Each extra one, two more uses.
Stacking: Each copy, two more charges.

Soldier's Syringe
Turrets get it too and fire faster.
You attack 15% faster: more shots and hits per second. Each extra syringe adds another 15%.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Only speeds up attacks and animations: it does not lower skill cooldowns. Bandit does not shoot faster, he only reloads faster.

Ukulele
Every turret shot can trigger it.
25% of your hits release lightning that jumps to 3 nearby enemies. Each extra ukulele makes it jump to 2 more and reach further.
Stacking: The chance stays at 25%; each copy adds 2 more enemies and more range.
Watch out: The lightning has a very low proc coefficient.

Tougher Times
You only have 130 health; turrets tank on their own.
Sometimes a hit that would land does nothing: with one bear, 13% of hits. More bears raise the chance, but less each time: it never reaches 100%.
Stacking: Each bear adds less: one blocks 13% (not the 15% the game says) and ten block 60%. It never reaches 100%.
Watch out: Luck (Clover) does not affect it. A blocked hit does not trigger enemy effects either, like Overloading Elite bombs. It does not stop Void Reaver implosions.
