Damage is a percentage of your normal damage: 100% is a normal hit; 300% is triple.
Kill an enemy using 2 different skills and it drops healing food.
You throw a 200% knife that goes through and comes back. Hold, and the return hits double.
You burn nearby enemies: 600%.
You throw ice cubes that freeze: 3 of 150%.
To get it: As CHEF apply 20 stacks of Burn at once to the final boss (2.9% of Steam players have it).
You charge and roll at full speed: 300% to 600% and stuns. To move and run things over.
You spin upward and slam down in an oil explosion (200%). You can repeat it up to 4 times before landing.
To get it: As CHEF hit five airborne enemies with one instance of Roll (3.2% of Steam players have it).
You throw 7 oil balls in a row, 250% each.
A 400% blast that burns or freezes, and your next skill is powered up.
To get it: As CHEF complete 10 recipes by searing an oiled bison with Sear (3.2% of Steam players have it).

Faraday Spur
With Oil Spill he can climb walls without losing speed.
Moving charges you up: you run and jump much more, and jumping while charged blasts nearby enemies. Each extra spur, a bigger, stronger blast.
Stacking: Each copy raises blast damage and size; speed and jump do not go up.
Watch out: Jumping at high charge can give you fall damage on flat ground. Below 60 fps it charges slower.
Collector's Compulsion
The kebabs from CHEF Kiss grant its buffs.
Picking up an item boosts all your stats by 3% for 20 s, up to 3 times. Each extra one raises the cap.
Stacking: Each copy raises the stack cap.
Watch out: It multiplies what you already have: with no crit or armour, those barely go up.
Tougher Times
He fights up close.
Sometimes a hit that would land does nothing: with one bear, 13% of hits. More bears raise the chance, but less each time: it never reaches 100%.
Stacking: Each bear adds less: one blocks 13% (not the 15% the game says) and ten block 60%. It never reaches 100%.
Watch out: Luck (Clover) does not affect it. A blocked hit does not trigger enemy effects either, like Overloading Elite bombs. It does not stop Void Reaver implosions.
