You start the run with the item you offered to the Shrine of Rebirth in the previous run. Without it active, the shrine gives you nothing.

It has no code. It unlocks with the Experienced Rebirth challenge: offer an item to the Shrine of Rebirth at the end of Prime Meridian (Seekers of the Storm). The run ends there.

It arrived with the Seekers of the Storm expansion. 10.3% of all Risk of Rain 2 players on Steam have it, from Steam's public stats on 31 October 2026.
