Drop from large chests, some small chests and green printers.
In alphabetical order. Each one says what it does and what happens if you take more than one. Which ones are worth it: the item tier list.
AtG Missile Mk. 1
10% of your hits fire a missile that does triple the hit's damage. Each extra one adds another triple to the damage.
Stacking: The chance stays at 10%; each copy makes the missile stronger.
Watch out: The missile crits if the hit did. With two, almost any attack triggers Runald's and Kjaro's Bands.

Bandolier
Kills sometimes drop an ammo pack that makes all your skills ready again. Each extra bandolier, more often.
Stacking: Per the game, 18% with one and 10% more per copy.
Watch out: The pack restores one charge, not all (turrets, magazines). It does not reset equipment. Any ally can grab it.

Berzerker's Pauldron
Kill 4 enemies within a second and you go into a frenzy for 6 s: faster movement and double attack speed. Each extra one adds 4 s.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: You do not need 4 kills within one second: just no more than a second between kills.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Glorious Battle»).

Box of Dynamite
Gives you a drone, and in combat your drones drop sticks of dynamite that stun. Each extra box, more damage.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Works on all your mechanical allies, not just drones.

Breaching Fin
Your skills launch grounded enemies into the air and stun them; the more you launch them, the more damage they take. Each extra fin, one more launch.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Does not work on flying or airborne enemies; it does work on bosses.

Chance Doll
When you win at a Shrine of Chance, you sometimes get a better item. Each extra doll, more likely.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Affected by luck (Clover).

Chronobauble
Your hits slow enemies for 2 seconds. Each extra one, 2 seconds more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Not affected by proc coefficient. It slows movement, not attacks: little use against ranged enemies.

Collector's Compulsion
Picking up an item boosts all your stats by 3% for 20 s, up to 3 times. Each extra one raises the cap.
Stacking: Each copy raises the stack cap.
Watch out: It multiplies what you already have: with no crit or armour, those barely go up.

Death Mark
An enemy with 4 or more bad effects on it (burning, bleeding, slowed...) takes 50% more damage from everything. Each extra mark lasts longer.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Your allies benefit from the mark too. Damage over time cannot apply it.

Faraday Spur
Moving charges you up: you run and jump much more, and jumping while charged blasts nearby enemies. Each extra spur, a bigger, stronger blast.
Stacking: Each copy raises blast damage and size; speed and jump do not go up.
Watch out: Jumping at high charge can give you fall damage on flat ground. Below 60 fps it charges slower.

Fuel Cell
Your equipment gets one more use and recharges 15% faster. Each extra cell adds a use and faster recharge.
Stacking: Each cell adds a charge; cooldown drops 15% of what is left and never reaches zero.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Experimenting»).

Ghor's Tome
Kills sometimes drop gold. Each extra tome, more often.
Stacking: Each tome adds the same: with 25, every kill drops gold.
Watch out: The gold goes to the whole team. Nuggets never despawn, but they do not fly to you.

Harvester's Scythe
Raises your critical chance, and every crit heals you 8. Each extra scythe heals 4 more per crit.
Stacking: Only the first gives extra crit; healing adds the same with each one.
Watch out: With little crit it heals little and unevenly; with more crit it beats Leeching Seed.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Prismatically Aligned»).

Hopoo Feather
One extra jump in the air. Each extra feather, one more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Wax Quail does not boost these extra jumps.

Hunter's Harpoon
On a kill, you move much faster for a moment. Each extra harpoon, it lasts longer.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.

Ignition Tank
Everything that burns does much more damage (four times). Each extra tank, even more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: It does not boost Kjaro's Band or Will-o'-the-wisp: they do not apply burn.

Infusion
Each kill gives you 1 max health permanently, up to 100. Each extra infusion gives more and raises the cap.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Lose them all (e.g. at a printer) and the bonus health goes; get one back and it all returns. Breaking Aqueduct pots counts as kills.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Slaughter»).

Kinetic Dampener
Gives you a small shield and armour while it is up; when it breaks, it releases a stunning pulse. Each extra one, more armour.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: The shield only comes back after 7 s without damage.

Kjaro's Band
When you land a very big hit (over 4 times your damage), a fire tornado also comes out. Once every 10 s. Each extra band, more damage.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: The hit itself must deal 400%: crits and Armor-Piercing Rounds do not count. It always fires with Runald's and they share the cooldown.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Death Do Us Part»).

Leeching Seed
Every hit you land heals you 1. Sounds small, but with fast-hitting survivors it adds up. Each extra seed heals 1 more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: It heals per hit, not per damage: more hits, more healing. The number you see is rounded up.

Lepton Daisy
During the teleporter event, it heals you and your allies for half their health. Each extra daisy, one more heal.
Stacking: One more heal per copy, spread over the charge: with two, at 33% and 66%.
Watch out: Works in every holdout zone (pillars, cells), not just the teleporter.

Luminous Shot
Using your secondary skill stores charges; with 3, your main attack fires lightning. It also lowers the secondary cooldown. Each extra one, more charges and damage.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Shurikens do not charge it. On Railgunner it only works with her primary.

Noxious Thorn
Your hits sometimes cause bleeding; on a kill, part of the dead enemy's bad effects jump to another nearby enemy. Each extra thorn, more enemies.
Stacking: The chance stays at 10%; each copy adds one more enemy and more range.
Watch out: It shares its bleed chance with Tri-Tip Dagger.

Old Guillotine
Elite enemies (the coloured, stronger ones) die instantly when they get low (13%). Each extra guillotine raises the threshold.
Stacking: Each copy adds less than the last: it never reaches 100%.
Watch out: Only your own hits execute. An enemy with shield cannot be executed this way.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Cut Down»).

Old War Stealthkit
Drop below 25% health and you turn invisible and faster for 5 s to escape. Recharges every 30 s; each extra kit recharges it sooner.
Stacking: Each copy cuts a share of what is left: it drops less each time and never reaches zero.
Watch out: It triggers together with Genesis Loop: they pair very well.

Predatory Instincts
Raises your critical chance a little, and each crit makes you attack faster for a few seconds. Each extra one raises the speed cap.
Stacking: Only the first gives the 5% crit; each copy raises the speed cap.
Watch out: The game's «stacks 3 times» is about the buff, not the item: you can take as many as you like.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Rapidfire»).

Razorwire
When you get hit, you fire razors at nearby enemies. Each extra wire, more enemies and further.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Self-damage triggers it too (falls, Shrines of Blood, REX). Blocked hits do not. It can pop the Aqueduct pots and kill you.

Red Whip
When you are out of combat, you move 30% faster. Each extra whip adds 30%.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: It kicks in after 5 s without using skills (movement skills do not count). Taking damage does not remove it.

Regenerating Scrap
Does nothing on its own: you spend it at a green printer. It comes back every stage, so it gives you a free green item per stage.
Stacking: Nothing to stack: each copy is one scrap that comes back each stage.
Watch out: Put it in a scrapper and it stops regenerating.

Rose Buckler
While sprinting, you take a lot less damage. Each extra buckler, even less.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: Best on survivors who attack while sprinting (Mercenary, Huntress).

Runald's Band
When you land a very big hit (over 4 times your damage), an ice blast also hits that slows enemies a lot. Once every 10 s. Each extra band, more damage and a longer slow.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: The hit itself must deal 400%: crits and Armor-Piercing Rounds do not count. It always fires with Kjaro's and they share the cooldown.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Death Do Us Part»).

Sale Star
The first chest you open each stage gives you an extra item. Each extra star, more chance of even more.
Stacking: Each copy adds 5% chance of even more items.
Watch out: Also works on equipment barrels, legendary chests and lockboxes; not on Shrines of Chance, multishops or lunar pods.

Shipping Request Form
Each stage, a package with 2 items appears somewhere on the map. Each extra form, better items.
Stacking: Each copy raises the chance of better items.

Shuriken
Using your main attack also throws a strong shuriken. You carry 3 that reload over time. Each extra one, one more shuriken and more damage.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: It homes in on the closest enemy, not where you aim. With Huntress it only fires if there is a target.

Squid Polyp
Every time you open a chest or use something in the stage, a squid turret appears and shoots enemies for 30 s. Each extra polyp, faster shooting.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: The squid drains its own health over time: healing extends it, damage shortens it.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Automation Activation»).

Ukulele
25% of your hits release lightning that jumps to 3 nearby enemies. Each extra ukulele makes it jump to 2 more and reach further.
Stacking: The chance stays at 25%; each copy adds 2 more enemies and more range.
Watch out: The lightning has a very low proc coefficient.

Unstable Transmitter
If you drop below 25% health, it gives you temporary health and an aura that bleeds enemies and teleports them away. It comes back every stage.
Stacking: It comes back every stage.
Watch out: When it triggers, Delicate Watch, Power Elixir, Stealthkit and Genesis Loop are not used.

War Horn
Using your equipment makes you attack much faster for 8 s. Each extra horn, 4 s more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: With Spinel Tonic, its 70% attack speed becomes about 120%.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Warmonger»).

Wax Quail
Jump while sprinting and you launch 10 m forward. Each extra quail, 10 m more.
Stacking: Each copy adds the same, no cap.
Watch out: It does not boost Hopoo Feather jumps. With several, slopes can launch you unpredictably.
Needs unlocking first (challenge «Going Fast Recommended»).

Other rarities: Common items · Legendary items · Boss items · Void items · Lunar items.
39, including expansion items.
Almost always the effect grows: each copy adds a bit more. Every item on this page says what it adds. For a few (like Tougher Times) each copy adds a little less than the one before.
